Custom Bowling Services, Inc.

Bob Covey first opened Custom Bowling Services, Inc. in Maywood Bowl in Independence, MO. in 1987 until Maywood Bowl closed in 1989. We then became a home-based business for the following 6 years. In 1995 we moved into AMF Northland Lanes. During 1996 Don Moss became a partner and we acquired the shop in AMF Antioch Lanes until its closure in 1999. We opened a third location in 1997 at Belt Bowl in St. Joseph, MO, and operated until 2004 when Don's health no longer permitted him to work in the environment. We moved to our present location in Ward Parkway Lanes on Valentine's Day in 2000. In 2005 Dan Wheeler acquired Don Moss's interest in the shop.
